Are these eggs?

I have what looks like cob webs on my java moss?

I have researched & came to the conclusion that the eggs are in fact black neon eggs (I think :)) let me know the best thing to do? Thinking putting some of the java moss with eggs attached in a breeding tank?

If these are in any type of gelatenus material, they are going to be snail eggs. Tetras are egg scatterers so the likelyhood of them being all together and encapsulated is not good. Sorry :(
