Glow light tetras

How old does a glow light tetra need to be to breed? What does it look like when the female is pregnant. I bought two glow light tetras I think one is male and one is female. What does it look like when she is pregnant can I see the eggs inside of the female? How many days from the time of spawning to the laying the eggs?

Glo light tetras are schooling fish. You'll need about 6 fir them to feel comfortable and will have a better chance of them breeding.
I think tetras are not easy to breed but it may vary depending on the species.

Glowlights are among the easier tetras to breed, but I do agree you need a small shoal of them to increase the odds. There is a good article on it here:
