Moving fry?

Can I move my fry from my cycled detritus infested 5 gallon to a clean ten gallon that has been in the cycling process for about 5 days? Will they survive? Same temps. In getting parameters now.

My parameters are

10 gal:
PH - 8.0
Ammo - .25
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 5

5 gal infested with detritus worms:
pH - 7.5
Ammo - .25
Nitrite - 2 ppm
Nitrate - 60 ppm
