I can home today an low and behold 2 of my 3 angels laid eggs. Right on the heater. My question is should I remove all other fish from the tank to prevent any other fish from eating the eggs?
-37 gallon tank
-3 angels
-4 black skirt tetras
-1 small pleco
-10-15 assorted guppies and platties (all really small 1")

I really want to move the pleco bc I heard they will always eat the eggs. But I'm not sure

One was probably laying the eggs and the other fertilizing them.

Because it is on the heater, you may want to unplug. But if they are all a white color they are bad anyway and won't make babies. You can get a breeding slate or get a slate rock from a landscape supply or rock yard.

You will likely want to have another tank/tub set up for them and ready for the next time. There will likely be a next time as you must have a pair.

Here is everything you might want to know about Angelfish and having/raising babies.
