Premature guppy baby?

I've read that its normal for a pregnant guppy to hae her babies prematurly when their moved to a new tank but is it likly that the babies will survive? one of my guppys dropped a baby but it has what i assume is a yolk still attached to the outside and only wiggled alittle then stopped moving

That sounds like a premature guppy to me. I have seen that too.
