Strange behavior? Mating Ritual?

Lets see if I can explaine this. I have 13 Chela Danios. 2 will chase each other around and then "stand up straight". They go from horizontal swimming to vertical "dance" Kind of bobbing up and down vertical .... Any idea what they are doing??
