Ok so I am thinking about getting white worms as a treat for my german gold rams but I wasn't sure to get those or some other culture. Any advice

My apistos love white worms. I just seem to have the ability to kill the colony after three months or so. All my fish go nuts for them. I use the worms to condition my apistos for breeding so don't be surprised if you start feeding your rams and the Barry White music comes on.

What do you feed your worms?

I just put a wet slice of bread under the piece of glass in the container. Then just replace it when it's gone

Do you keep it at a certain temperature

I keep it in my basement which is pretty much 70-72 degrees all year

What kind of substrate do u use for them

Plain old top soil
