How do u put in a user picture?
In much detail as u can

Go to your User CP on the blue bar at the top of the forum.On the left hand column, about 4 down is edit your profile picture. If you want a custom pic, choose browse from your menu and choose a picture from your computer to upload.

What is and where is user cp?

On the top of the page, just slightly below the Aquarium Advice logo. It says Portal, Forums, User CP, Vendors, Gallery etc.

also I believe the profile picture is the picture you see when you go into your profile, the picture that shows up next to your posts is your avatar photo. The edit avatar option is a few options below the edit profile picture option.
