Need help what is this stuff

Are these things common in a reef tank are any of them dangerous and how can I get rid of them? I know there aspestia or something an I have bristle worms but I need help getting rid of them

You can you lemon juice or vinegar...boiling water-home remedies. Or you can buy aipitasiaX which I've heard is a good product. I've used both boiling water and lemon juice both worked for me but I had to repeat 3-4 times.
