We are new to here with an addiction to fish! We love different and unique fish. We currently have 2 tanks with a variety of fish. Here's a few photos of our tanks and fish. Our big tank is currently going through its cycle. :) ImageUploadedByAquarium Advice1396698326.811483.jpgImageUploadedByAquarium Advice1396698356.912020.jpgImageUploadedByAquarium Advice1396698599.747285.jpgImageUploadedByAquarium Advice1396698831.205258.jpgImageUploadedByAquarium Advice1396698952.931469.jpg

Thanks for the warm welcomes.. :) was wondering if anyone has one of those co2 gas cylinders that constantly releases small bubbles of co2 into your water. If so, is there some good advice you guys can give us to get the best results.

Many thanks. :)

For plants? There are loads of diy reactors from memory. YouTube it.

Just be careful of big PH swings, I looked into all this a few years back when I had planted tanks and from memory PH swings a bit with co2. Lush for plants though, good luck.

Not sure how to stop the ph issue mate just know it happens. I have a 100 gal lake Malawi cichlids tanks.

27deg, ph 7.8-8.0, ammo 0 nitrites 0 nitrates 10ppm. And it never changes thankfully.

Beautiful tanks! Lovely colours you got going there. Also doing liquid C at the moment. Was your co2 setup expensive ??

Hey kenny. :) that's a high ph!?
And how often do you do a water change?, because that's a nice and low nitrate level. My nitrate always sits above 20-30ppm and when it gets to 40ppm I change the water and do a full gravel clean. Ps I'm referring to my little 34l tank because my 120 isn't producing any at the moment because it's not cycled.

Many Thanks.
