I have recently started my 20 gallon aquarium again. I have a 10 gallon tank that I also plan on starting soon. Ive always had a dream to do a 100 gallon 60Lx18Wx20T. I want to do several schools of different smaller fish (tetras, plattys, neons)10-15 each. and several groups of corys, loaches and octos. I want to do real plants and pick my own driftwood. I got an old dry stump with no bark I plan on using. It has hardened roots and all. Very neat and natural looking. I have just started using real plants. Plan is to grow mature plants over the next year to have to stock my new tank down the road. So far things are going ok with my plants. We are moving in 1 to 1.5 years so I will wait till we finalize the move to start 100 tank. Any suggestions? What is the life span of plants?
