    Moving a Tank

It's really not that hard...after all how do you think lfs's in the midwest (actually any state since over 75% of the fish sold are not from US waters). Your LFS should have a O2 tank that they fill your bag with when you buy fish to take home and they should gladly fill your bags with air for...

    Am I ready for Fish?

Damsels have been known to survive in fresh water for days!! They are very hardy and if you just cant wait for fish adding a few wont hurt..Chances are if they die they would have died anyways even in the most prestine tanks.... By the way doesnt anyone use bacteria in a bottle anymore??

    Instant Ocean Sea Salt problem

doesnt really matter IMO I have mixed sea salts for many years and then used it in the tank.. You do need to mix it fairly well before use or you are likely to get some cloudiness.... I'm not saying that the others are wrong but mixing and adding it will not cause any serious problems, I mean...

    My fish

8O Yeah I will have to agree with the others...those fish are way to big for a 50g tank...when I saw the first angel I was like woaah way to big! can he even swim around??? Also you really should return the sharks...Sharks are very sensitive in captivity to water changes and are hard to keep (...

    Selling off fish?

I would have to say it should depend of the life expectancy in captivity... If you buy a fish that lives 5 years or more and it will outgrow your tank in a year probably a bad choice...Buy a fish with a 1 to 3 yr life and 4 years later its WAY to big then sadly part ways... Doesnt anyone get...

    How to move a tank

Have you talked to your pest control agent? Some of these applications are airborne for relativly short periods...You may be able to seal the tank in plastic wrap for around 12-18 hours ( or less..and even though that length is still going to be less stressful on livestock than a move!!) with...

    LED tank...would it work?

No reef..... No I am not doing a reef this time (but I think it would work for some of small desktop reefs.) Actually the cost is not that steep...doing it myself and the money saved on electric will more than be beneficial... I dont think the difuser will hurt.. the plan is to have the bulb...
