    Regular PVC cement is completely safe to use on fish systems. I work on petstmart/Petco's filtration systems and there is a ton of PVC on those setups.     Make sure u try feeding it small meaty foods (mysis, brine, etc) at least once a day. No zooxanthelle means no food for the little guy, so u need to supplement its food intake. It may not take food for awhile but u need to try, their chance's of survival go way up
