I just bought some buckets to help transfer water for switching tanks. The stand is stained and i plan on setting up the tank on sunday.

Im looking for a 48" led for my african cichlid tank. I want a light that has blues in it. I was looking at the finnex ray 2 day/actinic LED. Would this be okay? It says its stromg enough to grow corals and i dont want a light thats overkill and have algae issues.

Im also working on a scratched up acrylic tank. Go to my thread and check it out. The novus solution that i ordered is supposed to clear up the tanks after you sand it down. I ordered the solution, i just need to get my wetdry sandpaper in.

I tried the novus solution for about 2 hours, and i coulnt getthe scratches out. Im going to get some wet dry sandpaper and sand it down a bit, then use the novus solution again.

I picked up a 55g acrylic tank for $50. Little scratched up, but i can buff it out.

The video that you recommended really helped. I ordered the novus repair kit, and it should be in next week.

Just bought a used seaclear 55g acrylic tank for $50. I need to cleqn it up still and buff out some scratches and stuff. Does anyone have any experience removig scratches from acrylic?

I had trouble with my canister's and i switched to aq's and i have not had any trouble with them. Amazon has a good deal on them.
