Careful with chemicals that say they treat ich. Some fish are more sensitive then others or it can stress them out. Learned from experience... Lost alot of fish that way so I use just aquarium salt now and put my temperature up slowly to 88 so the ich can't thrive.

If there isn't enough oxygen I'd recommend an air pump with either an air disc or a couple small airstones. I also make sure my filter is causing some ripples in the water or bubbles. Here's my tank currently.

I just isolated my pangasius 3 days ago and I've been treating him with something called erythromycin by API because that's what my LFS recommended. He looks worse now. The bacterial infection on his nose is literally eating his flesh away. Idk what to do anymore can anyone recommend something?
