I breed Ancistrus, hypancistrus, and Peckoltia species. Its a pleco only tank, but i recently added a few large cichlids because school is starting and i dont want to take care of the fry.

I agreed with you until you said a fish above 1 ft long shouldnt be in home aquaria. My adonis pleco has been living comfortably in my 125.

Since this thread isnt going anywhere....
To the OP: you dont have a scobinancistrus/psuedacanthicus. You have an ancistrus. Your pleco isnt actively hunting and killing your fish, there is another underlying problem here that makes him sense their weakness. BNs only eat algae and occasionally...
