1.5 gallin tank! Any ideas for pets?

Ok I'm looking for a pet that's common that I could get atpetsmart or petco or maybe a ma & pa shop. Perferabley not a snake or fish! DEFINATLY no spiders of any kind!
Q. How big of a tank do frogs need?

2 african dwarf frogs need a minimum of a 2.5 gal heated tank. After watching mine in a 2.5 gal for a while I'm going to upgrade them because it just isn't very much space. I'm sorry I cannot think of anything that can live happily in 1.5 gals. Some people say bettas but I think that is absurd. I have one of those tanks as well that I can't find anything practicle to do with...I have a couple ghost shrimp in there right now temporarily..and honestly even though they are just little 30 cent things alot of ppl use as feeders, I don't feel great about even having them in there.
