125 gal skimmer box issue

Hello 2 all, new to forums. Question is i have 125 gal tank,duel drilled over flows. A 40 gal refugium,with a Rio 32hf return pump. My problem is that one skimmer is barely working,and same with return on that side? Other side seems too be running bit faster..Not like rapids but steady flow skimming,and really strong on return lines!Check tank is level,nothing blocking skimmer flow sump stays at correct amount! Could my pump not be big enough too carry load alone? Any thoughts what 2 do?

Are both standpipes the same height? If one is higher than the other, the lower 1 will pull in more water.
