So I have a small 2 gallon cube tank that I want to put maybe three endlers and a couple RCS in. With a small filter and clip on light do u think I should be able to grow low light plants in there to help maintain water quality? So I would only need say one change a week.

Honestly a 2 gal isn't good for much except maybe a snail. That might even be too small for shrimp. I definitely wouldn't put fish in there, they'd have zero room to swim around.

Endlers get less than an inch fully grown 3 should fit fine, I believe.

I don't mean to offend. But truly a 2 gallon tank is really too small. I'm sitting here looking at my 5.5g and wondering what a 2g would even look like!

I think you could get away with Shrimp. But not Shrimp and Endlers. Sorry :(
