First testing shows spike may be on downward slope.

Ammonia = .25
Nitrate = 5.0
Nitrite = .25
P.H. = 8.0
K.H. = 9 = 161.1
Calcium = 27 = 540
Phosphate = .25
Salinity = 1.024

My tank is finished cycling finally. I will do a water change later today and add the sand and order my clean up crew. Here are my test results.
Ammonia = 0
Nitrate = 0
Nitrite = 0
Ph = 8.2
Kh = 9 = 161.1
Calcium = 480
Phosphate = 0
Salinity = 1.22
Once i do the water change the salinity should be 1.24

Have to fill my RODI reservoir to make my saltwater. Thought I had some in there but when i checked it was darn near empty. OK, so no water change today. Filling the reservoir as we speak.

RODI water is ready. I have to pump this water upstairs to my tank. I was planning on using clear vynil hose. I will probably need 40 ft. Not sure if this is the best method does anyone else use this method? or any suggestions would be helpful.

Did my pwc. Found out that my container i was using to mix my salt water in was leaking. Now in the markey for a new container. What do you all use to mix your saltwater in?

The Rubbermaid seems to be a little "beefier". I've had the same can for the last 4 years without issue.
