I'm almost finished cycling my 29 gallon. I have a wet/dry big enough for a 75 gallon with a rio pump that's more than adequate for this size tank. But, I don't seem to be getting enough movement through the live rock. And too much debris is sitting on the sand below where the water is reentering the tank.

Is there anything wrong with adding a powerhead in the lower opposite corner? Should I have to do this with such a small tank? Is there any problem with doing this? Also, any opinions on what to buy?

Thanks.

I don't see a problem with adding one. If you have a dead spot, then I agree you should.
