Lots of people use fake plants. Some use only fakes and others hide fakes amongst real to tone them down a little but still fill in space.
I just think real are cheaper so I go real lol

Thanks, I'm excited to start trying live plants in my 15, i go to my lfs and see theory planted tanks and I'm in awe.
