I think that planted tanks are nicer but that is my opinion. I also like sticking to the traditional black background.

I have a traditional black background (or is it blue?) but I don't feel like taking off the old one and retaping a new one, but i mite someday.

so just a little update... I added some red wag platties to the tank a while back... One of them had a few babies... Not sure how many, theyre all hiding down in the rocks... The bad news is that the one platy is showing ich. Not sure what happened there, but raised the temp up to 87, so im hoping it'll be gone soon...
