75g used ?

ok i totally lucked into a 75g tank with stand, hood, lights and filter.for 75 dollars. i have to pick it up tomarrow. It is a repoed house the bank posted it on there web site so wow thats cheap. my only question is it has been without power for 2 weeks and still has water in it but no fish. any thing i should look for problem wise. and as for cleaning how should i clean the whole system. sorry for the dumb question but i am still new to this hobby.

If it's still holding water thats a good sign. Just inspect the tank for cracks in the glass, around the top frame, center brace and the bottom of the tank if possible. Check the stand for water damage and cracks too.

I always clean my tanks with a vinegar and water.
