Ive been thinking of getting the reef octopusbh100 but if its loud i might get the coralife 125 super skimmer i can pick one up brand new for 189, can also get a 60 for 130

The reef octopus bh100 is what I have. It comes with a silencer. my favorite part!

For a little more money the octopus bh1000 is a better skimmer IMO

Sure! I never mind. It's only been on my tank about a week and a half and the difference is noticeable. Nothing about this product is loud. I've been so impressed! BH-1000 is also great. My tank is only 55 gallons, so the BH-100 is plenty.

The silencer is black. I noticed that my circle looks like it's on the collection cup. Lol.
