Advice needed please!!!

Hi people!!
I'm a newbie to the site and I've read lots on here and learnt lots!
I have a question I hope you guys maybe able to help with!!

I have cycled my new tank and everything has settled down nice just started
To add a few fish at a time, the only problem I have is I can't get my nitrates
Any lower than 30 as my tap water reads 30!
Is there anything I can do long term to get this lower??
I have seen a couple of items out on the market but I'm
Looking for some advice from You guys which is best!!

You can use bottled water but it can add up on cost, maybe half and half

Yeah I did think that but I have a 200 litre tank cost would be pretty high! Didn't know if there was anything else I could do

You can purchase an ro/Di unit and do half and half

It's a filter for your tap water its mostly used in saltwater. They are kinda pricey bit it sure beats buying water from a store a couple times a week imo. It's basically distilled water

Ok great I'll look into those don't mind paying out for it to keep my lil fishy friends happy! Lol
So u say do 50/50?
Take out 50 litres and put in 25 litres normal tap water and 25 litres distilled water?

Normally about 50/50, try it in something and test before you put the water in the tank. If it doesn't go down as much as you would like add more.
