I bought a german blue ram labeled as a breeding pair a little over a month ago. They have laid eggs but the fry didn't survive as they usually won't the first few times. After this, the male has been chasing the female quite a lot. I'm assuming that he wants to breed and she doesn't. It just has been going on for a while and am worried about the health of my female. Any help is great, thanks!

Give the female hiding places or remove the male if it becomes worse.

He will always be ready to breed and she won't be ready for another few weeks, but he will keep trying. To insure he doesn't stress or beat her to death add more hiding spots big enough for her but too small for him or separate them as bettaowner said.
