I love the look of this stuff... What do you think>? Can I keep it? Or will they be harmful?
Thanks!

I don't know what the first one is, but the second is Sargassum. It is attractive for a brown algae. As it grows larger, it resembles kelp. But, like kelp it can grow extremely fast and become a bit problematic. Regular pruning should help keep it in check and can become a tremendous nutrient export resource.

The first one might be red gracilaria. If it is it should not be a problem. It's fairly easy to remove. Some herbivorous fish will feed on it.

that first one also has a hinting look of cyano.... I'd keep an eye on it. Is it growing more in stalks and strings, or snotty sheets and strings? More on the surface of the rock or off the rock in firm, well formed strings?
