I have some algae growing on my rocks in my tank, Ive been researching but im having a hard time figuring out what type it is exactly.

55gal breakdown:
The tank is approx 4months up and running 2months cycled.

ph 7.6-7.8
ammo:0
nitrite:0
nitrate 10-20ppm

beamswork 280leds .2w 4800 lumens 56w

substrate is leslies PFS mixed with caribsea white sand
seiryu stone ~35lbs
manzanita wood (2 med branches)
2x anubis nana
~10 java fern
small amount of floating water wisteria

16 inhabitants

pics of the rocks:

i have almost gotten rid of the the brown diatome phase, and now this is popping up

it seems to be growing mostly on the face of the rock that gets ~30min of indirect sunlight in the morning

Im most concerned about the fish obviously and if this algae is putting off something harmful to them. My next concern is the plants in the tank being out competed for nutrients. If its not going to affect either though then I dont really mind the green rocks, i kinda think its aesthetically pleasing as long as is it doesnt get fuzzy/hairy.

Thats good algae, wont harm fish, also noticed water parameter's are perfect so keep up the good work it actually looks attractive , that's just my opinion :) If you don't mind me asking what are the inhabitant's?

It is the sunlight and it could get fuzzier. But it looks nice. A good Nerite snail could chomp it.

sorry for the delayed response, I have been busy this week.

glad to hear that it shouldnt be harmful to anything.

as for the inhabitants i have:

1-L200 green phantom pleco
1- red tail black shark
4- angelicus loach
8- lambchop rasbora (I had 12 but my larger more aggressive angel ate 2 and chased another 2 out of the tank and onto the floor)
1- angelfish (had 2 the other was rehoused in my 30gal tall until the rasbora grow out)

thanks again
