What's your photo-period? Also what are you using for lighting? Dosing ferts? Supplying a carbon source?

Photo period is about 12hrs i just switched to a less powerful led light and stopped using any ferts or co2

What kind of light is it? I would cut the photo to six hours and the cut away most of the bba from the plants/leaves. Also up the co2. For the plants you can remove the leaves, i.e. dwarf sag, I would dip in glut or h2o2. This might melt the plant some but will recover.
