I have been now dosing KNO3 for the past 2 Months, and I have seen very little growth from plants. Is there anything that I should be dosing that I currently not?

Current levels
ph: 7.6
Nitrate: 30ppm
Nitrite: 0ppm
Ammonia: 0ppm

Dosing:
20ppm of KNO3 on weekly basis after 50% water change
5 ml daily of flourish trace
5 ml daily of flourish iron

Tank specs:
55g
T5 HO lights 2x 6700k 54w
Fluval C4 filter
DIY co2 diffused through ceramic diffuser
Fluorite substrate

Plants:
Dwarf hair-grass
Dwarf sag
Jungle Val
Java moss
Java fern
Anubius Nana
Rotala indica
Hydropholia

Also here's a picture of my tank so you can get an idea of what it looks like.

Your tank plants appear to have nice healthy growth. DIY CO2 in a 55g isn't really enough. Have you considered doing pressurized CO2 or adding another DIY CO2 and also using Excel/Glutaraldehyde/API CO2 Booster with it? I believe you will see alot more growth doing one of these two options. I have a 220g high light heavily planted tank that I use a high Glut dose in daily and get excellent growth. Here is a link if you want to see.... http://www.aquariumadvice.com/forums/f70/220g-planted-newly-rescaped-231568.html. Your ferts appear to be fine but if you increase your CO2 you might have to go with dosing dry ferts via the PPS-Pro method which is what I use.
