Ammonia

Have ammonia level at about 2.0 for several days - have done PWC and added ammo-lock. Would a large piece of driftwood cause this? Nitrate and nitrite levels are both at 0 ppm. Oh yes - this is a 36 gal bow front tank and been up about three weeks. Any help greatly appreciated.

sounds like your tank isnt cycled. read up on how to cycle a tank. i would do large 70-80% water change maybe a couple times a day until it drops.

And stop using the ammo-lock. Completely worthless and will make matters worse.
