amphibian/crab advice

im building a open bottom tank and in the bottom part i want to build a bit of land so i want so animals for it. but i got no clues about crabs and frogs as what they need and what not (i dont want a turtle) any suggestion these will be living a few schools of fish and that

What size is the tank?

Isn't the bottom where all the water is? I may be confusing this...but it seems like the top would be where the air and land was. If you decide against the land ACF's and ADF's are pretty awesome in full aquatic tanks. ACF for bigger tanks and bigger fish obviously though. They will feed on anything they can fit in their mouth!
