anemone hiding?

i just bought an anemone a few days ago and it seems to be sheltering itself from the light. originally i had placed it in an open area resting on a flat rock and it has moved to a corner with another rock on top blocking any light from hitting it. is this normal?

Sounds normal, they will move where they are comfortable.

They will shade their foot and then hang out in the light.
