Anemone or polyp?

I just bought this LR. I know the things on the left are polyps (specific species anyone?). But are the things on the right anemones, or are they also polyps?

I think they're all a type of polyp, as for names I don't know.

The left looks like a type of zoa

I have one 30 watt and one 25 watt flourescent bulb. Is this enough for them, I have no idea what they need.

Search button polyp for the species,

If they are not getting enough light the ones on the right will turn more brown, an may extend themselves torward the light, if they are getting good light they may get greener in the middle.

How big do the individuals get? Will I need to thin them out eventually? When it says they are semi agressive and can sting fish should I worry about my lion/eel/cleanup crew?

It says to feed individuals shrimp, does this mean just let a few float around or try to put on in each...?

I wouldn't worry about your other livestock they know to stay away just like us with bees or wasps. As far as feeding they are filter feeders so you don't need to worry about feeding them shrimp. A little phyto in the water will help feed them.

They are a flower anemone, I have a couple in my tank they are brilliant. Here is a pic of mine he's a greedy so and so.

As for lighting mine is at the bottom of the tank & I feed him fish & shrimp! Have a go at feeding him if he takes the food check his markings out underneath if he has luminous markings on his underside he is deffo a flower anemone

Mine does not sting it just waits for me to feed him most days
