Is my sebae anenome dead its all scrunched up my waters good I feed it plenty

Hard to tell, if it looks like its melting then its probably on the way out. Feeding it plenty may be the problem, you shouldn't need to feed it at all (some people can and that's ok) it gets all it needs from the light. Light, small feedings can be ok but too much will cause it to stress. They do best with intense lighting and mature systems...
