Yeah the goldens are reallly pretty. I think I might buy a platinum this weekend. Angels are great fish. They have a lot more "personality " than most and are fun to watch. They look great in a planted tank

I agree. They also have the most variable temperament that I personally have seen in a fw fish (ummm... except maybe bettas I guess, but its a toss-up). They can be excellent citizens, or downright terrors. Lol, I named mine Legion and Damien after demons and Delilah after a witchy woman. Lol, but then they are turned out amazingly peaceful!

I would not put angels in any 20. Minimum I would go with is a 29.

I Love these pictures. I swear to god the male from my black vale breeding pair looked Exactly balls on accurate just like this from the scratch o. The side to those dots on the head. Wow scary. X0

Joe Bob ~ I have a marble like yours. Red eyes. It is lovely. My favorite actually. I also have a pearl gourami that I like a lot - the two of them are actually good friends. It is kinda funny. I was trying to post a pic but I cannot get this site to let me.

The marble veiltale is Damien, being a little camera shy. The golden angel is Delilah watching over her newly laid eggs.

He is gorgeous! He looks a lot like my Damien. I really like the marbled ones that are mostly black.

Boy I really wish I could post a pic of my angel. I just can't get this page to allow me. It is like when I click insert image, it pops up and vanishes. My pop up blocker IS off. Any ideas?

I agree - the black with tan marble are most beautiful (absoluteangel) as I have a young one myself ;P He's fantastic! He looks almost just like your tarpon, but he does have a bit more tan in his marble. They could be twins! LOL!

That's awesome! I've been wanting to get an opaline gourami, but I had a gold gourami with my angels before and they did NOT get along.
