Any idea on what is growing on my live rock?

I noticed this a week ago. It moves around. The pic is blurry, but it has a black center that looks like a mouth, green around that, and outlined in white and purple. Is this thing bad?? Please help!!

Yesterday it was on top of the rock. Now it's on the side.

Can't tell looking on my phone but does it look like a slug or nudibranch of some sort?

If its moving that would suggest a type of anemone. Maybe a little Mini-Maxi or a Rock/Flower anemone?

It sort of looks like a fungia coral. It's so small that it's hard to tell. I don't know if it's good or bad.

Fungia have a hard skeleton, and to the best of my knowledge are unable to move around.
If its a Mini-maxi or a Rock anemone, it isn't a problem.

Does it kind of look like wood lice on the out side ? It could be an abalone
