Anyone ever had Rays???

I am contemplating freshwater rays in a 150 long. I have done a ton of research on them and was wondering if anyone here at AA had any hands on finsperience?

I had a latticeps stingray for almost 6 months . I lost him trying to ween him onto frozen foods. Do you have any specific questions about them?

You lost it changing diet? I have read that they are very delicate with changes in water parameters. Did you have any other fish in the tank? I'm thinking of just sanding it and leaving it fairly empty, keeping the rays the focal point

Yes trying to switch to frozen foods he just stopped eating. They as very sensitive to water parameters. Also there is special ray safe sand to prevent scratching , I kept mine with discus.

Thanks for the info! That's what I was thinking discus with them. It's always been a goal of mine!
