Anyone have a crayfish?

I just got my first crayfish. I've read all about them, but I'm wondering about personal experience. How big did yours get? How warm did you keep the tank? What size tank did you use? Mine is growing fast...

there are many different kinds. what kind did you get?

I got the kind at the lfs....lol. Seriously, I'm not sure. She's white and after her last molting she's pushing 5". How can I tell what kind she is?
