Ok so I've been planning a 29gal sw build for a couple months now, and will be moving to japan in june (when i hope to get everything going), I came across a forum where an airforce guy was collecting his own stuff but that was from 2007... anyhow my question is can I collect fish myself? also i read that you can collect coral more than 500 meters from shore where depths are 30meters; is this only the coral grains that can be collected or the actual coral?

its doesn't say, and I can't seem to find any other regulations on collecting fish or corals, i was really wondering if slurp guns were allowed?
