Aquarium salt and Epsom salt together

I always keep 1 tablespoon Epsom salt per 10 gallons of water, every time I do a water change. I need to add some aquarium salt to help with a fin rot situation. Should I stop using the Epsom salt until I discontinue the aquarium salt? Should I water change out all the Epsom salt first?

Just in case, why are dosing the Epsom salt? Is it to lift GH?

Epsom salt is okay to use with aquarium salt or marine salt. But it works even better if you mix it with their food and feed them with a toddler med. syringe. Yes as delapool stated, Epsom salt will raise your water's hardness.
