Aquascaping (mountainscaping?)

Hi All,
I was looking at aquascaping my 120L freshwater tank once i sell my live rock and convert my saltwater tank back to fresh. I want to do a bonsai tree sorta thing but not sure if i want to mountains cape or do the tree thing.. Any design ideas?

Diversity in elevation enhance the visual and increases available territory.. I like the sand waterfall

Spider wood and Christmas/Java moss would make you a nice tree.

As said when aquascaping, developing different elevations or textures like rocks and wood is key.
