I am NOT a good aquascaper.. I have mostly small pieces with a few large so it's kinda hard.. I'm trying not to kill everything in tank by trying to position the rock just so.. but I've been at it a long time and cannot get it right.. trying to give the little guys a break right now and not mess with it till everything calms down.. any suggestions?

stability is the key. bigger on the bottom and smaller on the top. you can try epoxy or zip ties to keep the rock in place or just stack it securely.

i just try to place my rock where it stays in place naturally and it usually comes out looking pretty good. I try no to overthink it.
