Baby blue acara scrape

So my blue acara managed to get stuck in between a bubbler stone and a pipe it was in. He tore his side fin as well as his actual side. He was swimming around slowly because of the injuries, but now he is floating around and still breathing. Hes still a baby like 1 1/2 long. Is it possible he'll die?

It depends on the injury and how stressed the little Acara is but yes possible for it to die. Hopefully the Blue Acara pulls through.
