bamboo shrimp?

need info! found these at the lfs, and looked cool. thought they were saltwater are they? wanted them in my 10 with a betta and 6 neon tetras.

They are FW. They would not be appropriate for a 10 gal tank. They need a well established large tank as they are filter feeders. A new small tank would not provide enough food, and they would most likely starve.

what about a 29 gallon tank?

55+ is optimal. 29 is still too small. Filter feeders are unique like that.
