Best Fully Submersible Heater?

I was wondering what people thought was the best fully submersible heater?

My specs are:

36 gallon bow front
African Cichlid aquarium
Room temperature 50-60 degrees
Current heater aqueon 200 watt from aquarium kit ( no temp gage just + and - )

My favourites are visi-therm I find them highly accurate and very reliable and they come with a heat guard.

I like the Fluvals...They say they are not submersable on the package...But they are totally fine submerged. It has something to do with an odd law somewhere. They are designed to be submerged
