I got an electronic one from BRS. I love it. The negatives people gave it that you have to test it with distilled water everytime you want to test your water, but even with the non-electronic ones you should do this anyway. I'd suggest this because looking at a digital screen is easier than looking through an eyepiece and making sure you have enough light to see your reading.

Mine has ATC (Automatic Temerature Compensation) which is for precise measurement without having to re-calibrate after changes in ambient working temperature
