I would get more cories before anything else

I am in a few weeks. I just got 3 platy and don't want to stock my tank to fast.

If you got 3 platies, definitely don't add anything besides a few more corys. And I'm not sure I would trust the betta with the platies either. Otherwise though that sounds like a pretty good stock
