Betta very fat

Look like slow dropsy or is he just fat? He doesn't swim much and sort of shark lunges to the surface when it's feeding time. I dont over feed unless he pigging out on critters in the tank also.
Any thoughts?

I'll have to get some. Will that affect the dwarf frogs in the tank.

Just read, it says no. I'll have to bag him and treat then for a few days.

Youll want to move the betta to a different tank to dose him.

well sad to say we left for an overnight and he was passed when we returned. Wish I cought this sooner as we had him from a very tiny newt.
